On Sunday, 13 March the second year seminarians received the blessing of their cassock and surplice.
They left the chapel, removed their ties – a symbol of laying aside the vanity of secular garb – then returned in their cassock and surplices. This is a sign that they have taken off the old man and put on Christ, to live a life dedicated to service and the gospel.
Please pray for them that they may come to know and fulfil their vocation, according to Gods will.
